Independent staff association for UK armed forces personnel and veterans
British Armed Forces Federation - BAFF - is the unofficial, independent, all-ranks staff association for regular, reserve and former UK forces personnel. BAFF is completely independent of the Ministry of Defence, and its mission is to represent its members in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, the British Army and the Royal Air Force, including the reserves.
More about BAFF
The British Armed Forces Federation (BAFF) was launched in December 2006 as an independent membership-based professional staff association for HM Forces. Membership is open to all ranks, regulars and reservists, serving and retired, of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, British Army, and Royal Air Force.
Armed forces trade unions?
The British Armed Forces Federation (BAFF) aims to operate as a professional staff association. It is not, and does not aim to be, a military trade union.
