Trade mark opposition decision dated 24 July 2009. See paragraphs 28-30 of the decision document. A subsequent delayed appeal by the trade mark applicant was not successful, and this original decision in BAFF's favour was therefore confirmed in 2010 and the awarded costs eventually recovered from the CAFFUK applicant in 2011. For an explanation of the trade mark dispute see 'Outcome of CAFFUK trademark attempt to suppress BAFF'.
