Consideration of the Bill will be by the Commons sitting as a Committee of the whole House, commencing on Monday p.m.
A Committee of the whole House is a procedure where the entire membership of the House of Commons sits as a committee in the main chamber to debate a bill in detail, rather than using a smaller Public Bill Committee.
