11 - BAFF was quoted in a Daily Record story about RQMS Jason Eadie who served in the Scots Guards for 24 years and has a son suffering cerebral palsy, but has been told he faces a gruelling wait to get on the social housing ladder. According to the paper, West Lothian Council said former soldiers were "not a priority" for council housing despite the introduction of the Military Covenant into law in November last year.

Entitled Civvy Street: The New Front Line, the report highlights the complex needs many in the Armed Forces and veterans' community have.
